It's all about enjoying pistachios better in every way. Less effort opening them, less reasons to ignore the tough ones. We can definitely throw plenty of our catchy phrases at you, but here is all the meat and potatoes technical aspect of our project.

The Chio was created to be a food safe utility for opening pistachios more easily. Molded from the right blend of ABS plastic (think LEGOs), the Chio's design makes it easy to hold in all hand sizes, and requires minimal effort to actually use the tool. It's evolved through many iterations over the course of 8 years, and it's finally arrived at it's current perfect state. Or so we think. 

We own both a design and technical patent for the Chio, and we're exploring how we want to bring it to market. The biggest thing for us right now is to generate the buzz, the noise, and the attention it deserves.
